Only one of these available. Very rare mature specimen Ginkgo biloba 'Jade Butterflies'. Approx 8/9'H x 9/10'W with a 4" caliper trunk. Very unique compact growth habit with aged ridged/furrowed bark.
Even in winter, the silhouette is well worth a focal spot in the garden.
Make some room! If you have the space, we've been locating large specimens for instant dramatic effect. One of the largest trees we have available is a giant Weeping Birch. Over 40' tall & 15/20' wide.

You can't debate its uniqueness among the plant kingdom. The Monkey Puzzle Tree is a rarity in this region, yet easily recognizable by most. Younger trees are upright and thin with distinct whorled branching, developing into unique specimens with age. Just leave plenty of space within the drip line for giant falling cones as the tree matures.
We have limited access to a few size ranges. 10/12', 12/14', 14/16', 16/18', 18/20'. We also have one 5"caliper Specimen that's a bit fuller than the rest.
With spaces shrinking, it's harder to get the tree you want into the space you have. More columnar and smaller varieties are being developed all the time. One very popular species is the Ginkgo. Rugged performers with brilliant yellow fall color. These are narrow, upright columnar varieties of Ginkgo biloba with over-sized leaves (some are over 4" wide).
Most of these are 14/16'H x 2/3'W with 3-4" calipers.
Seldom do we come across someone willing to let go of their mature Rhodie, let alone a white flowering variety. This beauty is approx. 12/14'H x 12/14'W with 4 undulating exfoliating trunks. It has to be moved for construction purposes and the current property has no more room.
Pretty much speaks for itself. Perfect accent or focal point. Who knows when we'll find another white one...???
Ran across some lone soldiers standing proud in the fields just looking for a specimen location to be shown off. This Acer japonicum 'Green Cascade' is approx 5/6'H x 10/11'W with a 4.25" caliper. Would make an ideal focal point with its picturesque trunk, solid branching structure & reaching branch tips.

Don't see these too often- Hydrangea quer. 'Snow Queen' patio trees. Branching starts at about 24-30" and the plants have been pruned to thicken the stems and support the weight of all the summer blooms. There are 12 available- half are approx 4/5'H x 3/4'W and the others are approx 5/6'H x 3/4'W.
It's pretty hard to beat Magnolia macrophylla for leaf and flower size. We sold our larger specimen, but have found some more beauties. They're approx 8/10'H x 7/8'W. The leaves can grow over 30" long!
One of the smaller Vine Maples, Acer circinatum 'Sunny Sister' is a slow grower to only 5/6' in 10 years. Its new spring growth of peach and pink fade to a nice chartreuse in the summer (usually with pink margins remaining.) We have found some beauties in the 3/4' range now.
Not too many of these kicking around anywhere and only 1 to be found (for sale) with any size up here so far. Standing tall at 9/10'H (and only 30" across) Sambucus nigra 'Pyramidalis' makes a bold statement. This is a much older specimen with extremely furrowed bark on a 4" trunk. Good plant on which to test your plant friends' ID skills...

Extremely hard to find variety, not to mention the size of this beast! Rhododendron 'Lady Eleanor Cathcart' is similar (when smaller) to Rh. 'Anah Kruschke', but gets much larger over time and can hold 30% more flowers in each truss at branch tips.
This specimen is approx 12'H x 16'W with multiple aged trunks adding to the elegance.
This Rhodie was dug last winter from a private garden where a proposed addition forced its removal. It flowered beautifully this year and is already putting on new growth. Looks great from both sides.
